I am a fan of many things – and the primary ones are enjoying life as much as possible and touching as many lives as possible in the process – hence the play on words of my blog title (a variation of the fine Kenny Chesney song, “Guitars & Tiki Bars”).
Passion and persistence led me to quit my j.o.b. (just over broke) to pursue my passion in real estate investing in April 2008, by creating the Charlotte, NC based firm, Blowfish Properties with my amazing girlfriend. Now is an amazing time to invest in real estate (contrary to what you hear on tv – and while i am putting information in parentheses, don’t watch the news, they pollute your creative brain by glamorizing gloom and doom – it’s not necessary)- the profits are great, but the greatest sense of purpose in life is being able to help so many good people out there in tough scenarios, such as those moving towards foreclosure.
I also promote the Money Merge Account, offered by United First Financial as another way to help individuals in the battle for financial freedom – by eliminating debt and building real wealth as quickly and efficiently as possible through brilliant money maximization software, many americans are already experiencing dramatic changes in their lives that they couldn’t have come close to fathoming. There is finally a way to allow your hard earned dollars to work for you, all the while with very little effort on your end. Who would have thought that you could pay off your mortgage in as little as 1/2 to 1/3 of the time with out changing your monthly budget – and to top it off, this accelerated equity can lead to many other opportunities to make more money using OPM (other people’s money).
Building a successful future while truly helping people some way financially is where God has led me – so I am thankful every day for the opportunities that have been laid before me, simply by believing in him and myself.
